The ultimate attack: “Analog Rights Management”

Anyways, here’s a little tidbit I found, again courtesy to Doom9.:
Basically, if the legislation in Congress passes, our analog fair-use right go right down the crapper, just like our digital ones. I have a LaserDisc and TV collection of the rarest kind - if this bill passes, then further backup of these things will probably be impossible, or at least, illegal.
