RIAA: CD ripping, backups not fair use
February 22, 2006 by EliIn blatant contradiction of what they previously stated before the Supreme Court, the RIAA now considers CD ripping to be copyright infringement.
Time to light the torches and sharpen those pitchforks, methinks. (In other words, get the word out, fast!)
