FreeCulture & The ZyprexaKills Campaign

December 23, 2006 by rafi

In case you missed this entire week’s NYTimes
Zyprexa Busted by the Times

Well, cover-ups and leaked memos… we’ve all been here before.

See zyprexa.pbwiki.com for details.

Schrödinger’s cat is out of the box, and Lilly’s wave function of greed and deception is collapsing all around them.

This is where things get real interesting though:
Eli Lilly, Zyprexa, & the Bush Family

Lilly’s 2nd most profitable drugs treat diabetes!

And, would you believe that Eli Lilly registered zyprexakills.com back in ‘02 (see www.whois.net). Guess they knew all along… Perhaps the whistleblower was the domain owner?

Glad the whistleblower was smart enough to know about tor. At least now we have a narrative for its use that doesn’t invlove kiddy porn or music sharing. Prepare to start debating the propostion that there is no free speech w/out anonymity. And brace yourselves for the bogus abuse of copyright-as-control mechanism. What the heck ever happened to free speech in this country?

peace,
Rafi
