Ray will be talking about his recent work defending those accused of copyright infringement by the RIAA and the question of whether “making available” constitutes an infringement of the RIAA’s copyright. Come ready to discuss the ethics of file sharing, ex-parte lawsuits against grandmothers, and the nature of copyright infringement.
